When unused items find new owners, environmental protection becomes part of the fun. The 2025 ESG Flea Market returned for its second consecutive year, bringing twice the joy with this year’s theme: “Decluttering × Green Charity.”Held across two sessions on October 23 and 24, the event drew an enthusiastic crowd. It not only enriched employees’ recreational and cultural life at the Company but also put the principles of green sustainability into practice through tangible action.

Warmth Amid the Bustle: Two Time Slots Tailored to the Workplace Schedule
To better accommodate employees’ work schedules, the event thoughtfully offered two prime time slots:
l October 23 (Thursday), 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. — Lunchtime Session
Browse and discover great finds without disrupting the workday.
l October 24 (Friday), 4:30–6:00 p.m. — After-Work Session
Pick up some great finds and ease into the weekend.
The first session was bustling with excitement, featuring stalls from six major areas: the R&D Center, Manufacturing Center, Quality Division, iEi, QNAP, and Management and Administration Center. A wide variety of items were on display, including office stationery, used electrical appliances, household goods, books, and toys.Employees chatted and interacted while browsing for hidden treasures. Laughter mingled with the sounds of price negotiations, creating a lively yet welcoming atmosphere that transformed the event into a true “workplace neighborhood market.”

Giving Pre-Loved Items a New Life: Six Area Coordinators Providing Thoughtful Support
The flea market was more than a recreational event—it was a vivid demonstration of ESG principles in action. The “market coordinators” from all six areas carefully arranged their stalls, helping employees participate with ease and enjoy smooth transactions.Every pre-loved item finding a new owner extended its useful life and reflected a shared commitment to environmental responsibility. The event empowered participants to become active contributors, working together to create a low-carbon, green workplace lifestyle.

The Fun Continues: Coming Together for Green Charity
The second session was specially scheduled after work, making it convenient for office-based and frontline employees to participate after their meals. Popular stalls kept restocking and introducing new items, while employees brought in their pre-loved treasures to find new owners, ensuring that unused items no longer sat idle.

Behind the lively atmosphere lies the Company’s firm commitment to putting ESG principles into action. Centered on “low-carbon environmental protection and making the best use of everything,” the initiative promotes the dual value of “environmental protection + public welfare.”
