Yesterday, Armorlink Group welcomed a curious group of “new faces”—more than 20 high school students from a partner school visited the Company’s facility at No. 515 Shenfu Road in the Xinzhuang Industrial Park for a career exploration open day themed “Inspiring the Future: A Journey of Discovery.”

01 Putting ESG Responsibility into Practice: Planting “Chip” Dreams in Advanced Manufacturing

As a long-established leader in computer and electronic equipment manufacturing, Armorlink has always integrated social responsibility into its corporate governance. This event was more than a simple company tour—it represented a meaningful implementation of the Company’s ESG social responsibility commitments.

By opening our doors to young people, we aim to bridge the information gap between school and the workplace, allowing students to experience the pulse of intelligent manufacturing in China firsthand.

02 In-Depth Workplace Experience: From the Laboratory to the Manufacturing Center

Led by the HR team and technical experts, the students experienced a condensed version of “A Day in the Life of an Engineer”:

  • Inside R&D: In the highly disciplined R&D laboratory, students observed the ingenuity behind transforming motherboard design blueprints into intricate circuit layouts.

  • Exploring the Workshop: At the clean manufacturing center, the precision and coordination of the fully automated production lines left students amazed: “We never realized that the lightweight electronic devices in our hands were backed by such complex engineering.”

  • Hands-On Practice: During the “Create · Chip Workshop” session, students completed an engaging electronic assembly project under the guidance of engineers. The focus and enthusiasm they demonstrated during the hands-on activity reflected the raw innovative potential we hope to inspire and nurture.

03 Talent Strategy: Building a Multi-Tiered Talent Development Pipeline

From a professional human resources management perspective, talent development should begin not with recruitment, but with inspiration.

Armorlink’s HR Manager stated:

“Through activities like this, we hope to plant the seeds of computer science and electronic engineering in young minds. This not only helps build a pipeline of future talent for the industry but also represents an important way for companies to help optimize society’s talent structure and promote the integration of industry and education.”

The event concluded with laughter and a commemorative group photo. Although it lasted only three hours, Armorlink’s professional and innovative image left a lasting impression on the students.

Going forward, we will continue to explore diverse models of collaboration between schools and enterprises and assume greater responsibility for social education and talent empowerment as we advance along the path of technological innovation.
